About The Social Humanoid
Our Mission
The Social Humanoid was formed in Feb 2021 as a registered Society under Society Registration Act, 1860. We are 12A/80G registered society and also registered under Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act,2016. At The Social Humanoid, our mission is to transform rural communities through livelihoods, education, and smart community centers. We empower individuals with sustainable livelihoods, provide access to quality education, and establish smart community hubs to bridge gaps, foster innovation, and create a brighter future for all.We are also Persons with Disabilities registered society, working with PWDs beneficiaries to excel in the field of sports and vocational training , helping them take part in regional, national and international platforms.
Our Milestones
The Social Humanoid is the Nodal Agency for National Abylimpics Association of India for the state of Meghalaya. We are also the core committee member of Nasha Mukti Abhigyan for South West Garo Hills administration. Our Initiative "The Smart Community Centre " has been recognised by IIM Calcutta, Meghalaya Institute of Entrepreneurship, and Integrated Basin Development and Livelihoods Promotion Programme
Our Programmes
- Conducted Multiple Awareness programmes for National Health Mission, Meghalaya for Covid Behavioural Management.
- In collaboration with the Meghalaya AIDS Control Society, conducted AIDS awareness programs across Garo Hills region.
- Conducted multiple Drugs awareness program under the Social Welfare Department , South West Garo Hills, Meghalaya.
- In collaboration with Selco Foundation and Integra Ventures, conducted Cold Chain management survey and awareness program across all PHCs and CHCs in Meghalaya.
- Established the first Smart Community Centre in Garobadha, South West Garo Hills.

Our Targets
At The Social Humanoid, we aim to established 'The Smart Community Center ' across every districts of Meghalaya and North East to narrow down the gap of education between rural and urban India. The space will also serve as the one stop solution to cater drop outs students, underprivileged community, PWDs beneficiaries and community at large.
